The Annual General Meeting of the Company will take place on Wednesday 4^th October 2006 at 13.30 in the Conference Room of ‘Kenneth D Cowin House’, the Headquarters of Seabait Ltd group of companies, at Woodhorn Village , Ashington, Northumberland. 

 The AGM will be preceded by a buffet lunch from 12.30 onwards.  The Board cordially invites any members attending the Annual General Meeting to a tour of the premises, presentation and question and answer sessions immediately following the completion of the formal business of the Annual General Meeting.
