1) Price Information
The prices shown are only applicable to purchases made via the Seabait Limited website. All prices are correct at time of display online and include V.A.T. where appropriate. In the unlikely event of an administrative error resulting in an incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to correct the price. In these circumstances, you will not be bound to continue with your purchase, and will be asked to email us to confirm that you wish to proceed.
2) Ordering Goods
All products displayed within the Seabait website can be purchased through our mail order service. To order goods simply fill out the order form and one of the Seabait team will contact you to request payment. Alternatively you can order by telephone (please give your credit/debit card details) or by post (cash, postal order or cheque made payable to SEABAIT LIMITED, with your address including postcode, telephone number, cheque card number and expiry date on the back of your cheque). If you need to amend your order after payment has been taken please contact us at seabait@seabait.com.
3) Payment
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited to your account before the despatch of your purchase.
4) Validation Checks
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
5) Liability
The majority of card issuers cover all the charges that may result from unauthorised use of your credit card or debit cards, but some may limit your liability to £50. If you believe your credit or debit card has been subject to unauthorised use you should contact your card issuer without delay.
6) Delivery of Goods
We can deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom although for deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses and certain remote locations there may be an additional delivery charge and slightly longer delivery lead time. This charge will be explained clearly during the payment process. All purchases are delivered by express carrier to ensure the product reaches you in peak condition.
